 Our goal is your happiness! And if you’re not 100% happy with your order, we offer:

* FREE returns if contact within 7 days of the date your package is delivered (for eligible, unworn merchandise) 

   (Must be returned with original packaging and unworn condition to get the free return). 

* Extended Returns: up to 15 days after delivery date, with a $3.99 return fee (for eligible, unworn merchandise )

*** PLEASE NOTE: if your return arrives under worn conditions, and/or without original packaging, fees will be deducted from your refund total amount. 

RETURN POLICY

To Initiate a return please contact us through live chat or via email at info@megashoppingsusa.com for a return authorization. Please make sure your email includes the following: 

  • Order Number
  • Item(s) being returned 
  • Reason for Return

RETURN PROCESSING TIME

 Refunds can take up to 7 days from the day we receive your return to be processed by our company, please allow extra 2-5 business days to see your refund on your statement. Credit card refunds can take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete

  Upon receipt and processing of your return, you will receive an email with the confirmation of your refund to your original form of payment (only). Taxes will be refunded along with the items that you send back, excluding any shipping charges paid by the customer.
